Light red, well structured, fresh dark fruit, leather and spices. Smooth palate. Hand harvested Pinot Noir grown in Irancy. Fermented semi-carbonically in fiber-glass tank, then maturated in 225 liter oak barrels, bottled without fining or filtration with minimal addition of sulfites.
