Malvasia
The wine is clear, distinct golden yellow in color with orange hues, the smell of overripe and dried fruit (dried figs, raisins). The taste is dry, fresh, very mineral, full-bodied, long aftertaste, has a mild tannic effect, pleasant, pronounced perception of botrytis.
Vinification: fermentation with maceration 5 days, gentle pressing
Ripening: 12 months in large oak barrels
Organic
