2019 Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon Rondinella 75% and Cabernet Sauvignon 25% coming from two separate vineyards. The Rondinella vineyard is located on Monte Oliveto and averages 15 years of age. The Cabernet Sauvignon’s vineyard is pretty old (40 YO) and the owner Billy Camazzola has decided to keep farming it, although the low yields but the fruit coming from this vineyard is pretty opulent and dense. Billy Camazzola’s style is linked to a minimalistic approach both in the vineyard (farming only 7 hectares and 6 different vineyards) and in the cellar avoiding overproduced wines.
