2021 - Syrah
On the nose we find pleasant aromatic notes of blueberries and reminiscent of tobacco leaves. On the palate it is very round and balanced with notes of black fruits and subtle spices. It is a very balanced wine, with soft tannins, good acidity and an elegant finish.

Total maceration: 23 days.
Ageing: 7/10 months in neutral used barrels.
Low added SO2.
