Think of this as a Rye Reposado. Distilled from 100% New York State Rye and rested for 4 months in an ex-empire rye cask. Pleasantly fruity up front (it's practically an eau de vie!) with strong herbal notes, it finishes with Rye's characteristic spiciness.
