This wine is a combination between the generosity of the soil and the human experience that, together with the right cultivation systems and punctual harvesting time, allow to obtain this fine and elegant wine. At the nose, it shows green melon fruit and pleasant notes of peaches and grapefruit pith, followed by lime and ripe yellow pulp. At the taste, it brings out the softness, well balanced with good structure, and the right amount of acidity that refreshes the palate. The balance between taste and smell closes with a long and persistent finale.
The grapes are hand harvested, then gently pressed in stainless steel and with the help of cryo-maceration to help divide the rasp gently from the grapes and extract more aromatics. It makes a great dry apertif and matches a wide range of foods, especially seafood and veggies.
