This is a pure Sauvignon Blanc graced with deep minerality and intense citrus concentration. Absolutely a stellar selection for the region's famous Crotin de Chavignol goat cheese or a snapper drizzled in a lemon-herb sauce.
"Cuvée Buster" is a a selection of the best specifically selected old vines from the vineyard Monts Damnés, aged for 8-9 months in two 600-liter foudres and bottled unfiltered. Extremely limited. Unfined/Unfilterered.
