Ageing: 8 months in georgian amphora (Qveri) buried and sealed and 1 month in bottle.
Colour: orange yellow, with amber tints. Bouquet: intense and persistent, great envelopment. It offers refined notes of candied fruits and dried fruits, spicy oriental notes and honey.
Taste: very dry and velvety, medium-bodied, with a tannic hint that helps the drinkability and makes it a great gourmet wine. Serving temperature: 14-16 °C
