Colour: orange yellow, with amber tints. Bouquet: intense and persistent, great envelopment. It offers refined notes of candied fruits and dried fruits, spicy oriental notes and honey. Taste: very dry and velvety, medium-bodied, with a tannic hint that helps the drinkability and makes it a great gourmet wine.
Vinification: traditional georgian winemaking method (UNESCO intangible cultural heritage of the humanity), partial destemming and spontaneous fermentation, frequent daily punching down until the end of the alcoholic fermentation. Some days of static resting before sealing the amphora with hand kneaded clay. Ageing: 8 months in georgian amphora (Qveri) buried and sealed and 1 month in bottle.
