The straw yellow colour with brilliant reflections illuminates the glass while aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit and white flowers flood the nose, the palate instead enjoys a fresh, agile, carefree and lively sip.
The hand harvested grapes are double sorted, destemmed and then pressed. The must clarifies itself with static gravity in stainless steel vats where ferments with only the help of the indigenous yeast at controlled temperature. Two hours long skin contact. The wine is left to refine on its lees for about 7 months. No added SO2.
