Zsolt Sütó culivates 12 hectares of vines in the village of Strekov, in Slovakia which featuring ponds and marshland which create a unique microclimate rich in clay and loam. Zsolt’s fermenations take place in open topped barrels with no sulfur, no intervention, and a lot of skin maceration. This wine is fresh and juicy with a musty and meaty profile, grapefruit pulp and smoked sea salt with a slight hint of oxidation
