Farming: Organic/Biodynamic, Unfined/Unfiltered, Low added SO2
Grenache dominant (60%) with Cinsault (40%) playing a lesser role this is a more fruit forward version with juicy dark cherries and blood plums driving the up front with hopefully the now familiar smooth transition to a more savory finish.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel; bottled unfined/unfiltered with minimal So2 added.
