Produced for other growers without the means to make sparkling wines. A combination of 2008 Pinot Noir by Weingut Mohr from Lorch (Rheingau) fermented in Stainless Steel from steep vineyards with slate soil, 2008 Dornfelder produced by Weingut Rapp from the village of Bad Münter am Stein Ebernburger (Nahe), fermented in old oak from grapes grown on sandstone and clay soil, and 2008 Portuguese produced by Schlossmühlenhof in Rheinessen, grown in vineyards in the town of Alzey with limestone and clay soil, aged in stainless steel. This wine is so light and refreshing! Its not too bubbly. Its a perfect summer wine, but I will be ordering it year round!
This is one of the best sparkling rose wines that I have ever had!
