2017 - Sauvignon Blanc
A surprisingly approachable wine despite the 50% botrytis. Smells like an orange wine but that falls away on the palate. Fresh and zesty with lots of mango, citrus and apricot. Fleshy and fruity but all balanced by the lean, minerally core of fruit. Complex, rich and very interesting.
