Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir comes from 2 vineyards in Santa Maria valley; Rancho Ontiveros and Rancho Sisquoc. The vine age is 5-20 years old and the soils are Garey series sandy loam. Each vineyard was picked separately with varying amounts of whole cluster fermentation (20-60%). All fermentations were conducted with native yeasts and all wines were in old French Oak for 10 months prior to assemblage and bottling. Unfiltered. 25ppm FSO2, 50 ppm Total SO2. 1500 cases produced. Organic.
