Delicate notes of sesame, dried herbs and brioche entice the nose. it is reminiscent of resin and yellow fruits with an incredibly well balanced fuller body and acidity. A very special and serious wine from a very unique region of the world.
Winemaking: Hand harvested grapes undergo whole bunch pressing and spontaneously ferment in used barrels where the ageing process continues for 18 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
