2020 - Montepulciano
Aromas of dark, macerated berries and refreshing herbs like rosemary on the nose. The rustic palate is immediately grippy and has notes of blackberries, stewed blueberry & black cherry and rosemary. The dark fruit notes are lifted with acidity on the finish.
Hand de-stemmed grapes, maceration for 5 days, after pressing the fermentation occurs spontaneously without skins. Aging in fiberglass, without any racking, no filtration, no added yeast.
