This special cuvee therefore recieves the adjective "new" and slightly restyled label. This "primeur" Tavel is pure Cinsault, it was bottled in November 2021.
Very indulgent for this very young Tavel, with aroma very close to fresh grapes with wild young strawberries and notes of peony's intertwine. It is a very colorful Tavel, bordering on a light red, with substance and a beautifully silky texture, and yet still remains very fresh and digestible.

Winemaking: direct press, spontaneous fermentation in barriques with indigenous yeasts, carbonic maceration
