2019 - Malvasia di Candia
Medium body, dark color orange wine. It has a tropical and very gorgeous scent, with a strong scent of Darjeeling and lemon peel, kumquat and honey rising from the glass. Funky, floral, cloudy, intense and structured.
About 30% of the grapes harvested are overripe to intensify flavor and body. The grapes are fermented naturally with wild yeasts with skin contact over 5 days resulting in an “orange” wine. The wine is aged over 12 months in stainless steel and bottled unfiltered. Unfined/Unfiltered. Low added SO2. 14 mg/L.
