2020 - Nascetta, Malvasia, and Moscato
The wine macerated for a couple of months in clay amphoras and gained some tasty exotic flavours like pineapple, green mango and lime. Also mandarine, orange zest and a bit of (dry) honey. To fully enjoy the tropical aromas, let the wine open up before serving – decant it perhaps!
Spontaneous fermentation with 2 to 3 months of skin maceration in Anfora. Aged in Anfora. No filtering or fining and minimal sulfur added if necessary.
