2020 - Dolcetto It presents a nice earthiness and medium-high tannins. It is also fruity with tasty aromas of blackberry and raspberry plus a hint of rosemary. Matured for 1 year in amphora. Wine obtained from spontaneous fermentation (indigenous yeasts). Maceration: 10 – 15 days. No filtering or fining and minimal added sulfur if necessary. Total Sulphites: 38 mg/L.
