Melon de Bourgogne and Pinot Gris Philippe Chevarin is a neo-winegrower (he was a musician and then a sound engineer in his first life), settled since 2015 on the Coteaux d'Ancenis. It is his meeting with Thierry Puzelat that will bring him to viticulture. Now at the head of a little more than five hectares of vines, working organically and using no inputs, including sulphites where possible, Philippe produces wines of great purity. Coteau Obscur is a maceration white, orange, made from melon and pinot gris.
