This wine high in acid but with abundant texture and notes of orchard fruit, lemon curd, salt and limestone from the marine soils of the region. This is a direct-press wine (no skin contact), aged on the lees in stainless steel for 3 months. Unfixed, unfiltered. No sulfur added. A beautiful NATURAL wine!
