Fruity, balanced and fresh wine. On the nose, the aromas of ripe red fruit with light notes of Mediterranean herbs intensely show through. In the mouth, it is light, easy to drink and very refreshing.
The harvest is carried out manually. Once the grapes arrive at the winery, part of them macerate with the stems and after the stomping, they ferment with native yeasts. The malolactic fermentation is spontaneous, with native bacteria. It is bottled without added sulphur.
