Brisat is an old Catalonian term for skin fermented whites, and this is with its skins, fermented in amphora.
The remarkable versatility of Xarel·lo allows us to produce this natural, unique and amazing wine.
Fermented in amphorae which were specially made with red clay of our estates, the same clay that was used by Iberians thousands of years ago.
