Fermented off-dry, this wine has vivid floral/rosy notes, French patisserie, hints of mandarin and blood orange on the nose, with fine and persistent / rich bubbles, and a dry, spicy and crunchy palate, and a ginger aftertaste.
Cold extraction, Skin contact for 1 week, fermentation starts in a closed tank and finishes spontaneously in the bottle. Off-dry. Total sulfites: 40 mg/l
