Farming: Organic, Unfiltered/Unfined, Low added SO2
In the glass, a light red color with violet hue. On the nose, lots of fruits which includes cherries and wild strawberries, licorice, backed up by smooth tannins. Light bodied red wine, very fresh and delicate with a crisp and sapy finish. A wine with great personality and depth.

Meticulous sorting at the winery, before to put whole clusters directly in Qvevris, with an addition of pressed juice. Semi-Carbonic style fermentation and maceration for around 20 days with indigenous yeasts. The wine has been racked to old French oak barrel and Qvevri to achieve malolactic fermentation and aged slowly for another 6 months. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered with a minimal amount of So2.
