2019 - Chasselas
The nose is flattering and greedy with notes of honey and candied orange peel. The entry in the mouth is supple then gives way to a substance brought by the maceration. At the end of the mouth, an aromatic persistence challenges our curiosity and invites us to refill.
This cuvée has undergone carbonic maceration. Unfined/Unfiltered. Low added SO2. Skin macerated.
