2020 - 67% Pinot Noir % 33% Merlot
The Garden Party has a nice floral nose with dark red fruits on the palate and a kiss of funk on the finish. An easy drinker you can put a chill on.
Hand selected and vinified with little to no intervention. Pinot Noir was Foot stomped then macerated for almost a week on the skins with the stems. Merlot was carbonically macerated for 2 weeks, stems removed. Spontaneous and non-temperature controlled fermentation. Gently pressed in our vintage Italian press. Primary fermentation in glass regularly topped up. Secondary fermentation in used Francois Freres barrels for 7 months. Blended in barrel. No sulfur added at any point.
