Flamboyant aromatic meets perfect structure, juiciness and vibrancy. Serious yet super-drinkable white with beautiful aging potential, giving away its skilled winemaker. The grapes are hand-picked, gently crushed by feet and macerated with skins and stems for 6 hours.
Winemakaing: Spontaneously fermented and then matured in French oak barrels. No filtration, no fining, bottled with a bit of sulfur (30mg/l total).
