2020 - Gamay
Fresh, bubbly, and bursting with red berry notes. Conjures images of rolling Loire hills and valleys! Cranberry, wild strawberry and a hints of rosewater jump out of the glass. A perfect wine for when its sunny and you need to prendre un petit repose!
Direct pressed with fermentation finishing in the bottle resulting in CO2 being retained in the bottle and producing the bubbles. No added sulfites.
