Tim and Monique’s farm in the Adelaide Hills is a haven of biodiversity. While six of the ten hectares are planted with vineyards the rest is left to orchards, vegetable gardens, livestock and native forest. Their wines have a beautiful sense of place. This Pinot Noir from a beautiful parcel that bathes in the morning sun but benefits from plenty of shade in the afternoon.
