2019 - Pinot Gris
Fresh, tropical pina colada vibes, coconut, green apple, caramel, grapefruit, and white pepper - then, yeastier and breadier as it warms, all with really lively acid, and a forgiving, round, curvy body.
Vinification: Direct press. Fermented and aged in Burgundy oak barrels.
Aging: Aged in neutral oak barrels and left on the lees with no batonnage for 10 months before bottling.
Unfined/Unfiltered.
