Macchion dei Lupi "500" is a sparkling wine obtained from local white grapes, hand-picked in the proprietary vineyards conducted in compliance with the dictates of organic and biodynamic agriculture. The second fermentation in the bottle does not include any disgorgement, consequently the wine remains in contact with the noble lees, increasing its aromatic and structural baggage. The wine can be served without shaking the bottle, decanted if you want to separate it from its yeasts on the bottom, or shaken slightly before uncorking to appreciate all the particular nuances.
