100% Grenache.

Grape from several micro plots worked by hand with ecological methods. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in boxes. Fermentation of each plot separately with indigenous yeasts. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in French and Navarrese oak barrels.


Aromas of red raspberry fruit, cherry and black blackberry fruit, Fruity and marked acidity with a delicious and persistent texture.
