2020 Pizza red! A blend of Anton'ys Magpie Springs sourced Merlot (70), Piccadilly Valley Pinot (15) and the bottom juice from all his varieties (15). The Merlot is carbonically fermented and covered with Pinot for 10 days in wooden barrels and then the lees juice is settles and added to wine before bottling. Light red fruits, super fine tannins and lots of texture. A tart bright and fun red that is the perfect table wine.
