Farming: Organic/Biodynamic, Unfined/Unfiltered, No added SO2

This is New to our shelves and new to our palate. Liten Buffel is know for unexpected, unique, and when it all boils down, RAW "natural" wines!

Our wines are dry, unrefined, unfiltered, with no sulfites added. just foot crushed grapes, settled in old wood and bottled by hand at the proper time. Harvest: by hand Winemaking: whole cluster, pigéage, 16-18 month spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and old oak with indigenous yeasts.
