Zinfandel
"The Resting Bear" is 100% Zinfandel from the Venturi vineyard in Mendocino, fermented whole cluster for 30 days, then aged for 2 years in neutral barrel and bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. This leans on the heavier side of medium bodied with spicy dark fruit, but again light on it's feet with nice juiciness and finish that doesn't quit.
