The name of this organic sparkling pink wine is fun, but not nearly as amusing as the taste of it! This is a 50/50 blend of the local and very fruity Grolleau and Pineau d’Aunis grown in the Loire Valley, in the environs of Tourain. It is not a wine to open at grand occasions nor does it require special glasses and a lot of pagentry. Just a thirst for something delicious and quaffable. Organic
