The driest and most mineral driven of the range from Capriades is 'Pèt’Sec' made from a majority of Chenin Blanc with a small percentage of Cabernet Franc. Intense and layered nose of yellow fruits, herbal notes?, yellow flowers, honey, and hay. Yellow apples and lemon-lime citrus on the palate. Bright acidity. Nice mousse and good mineral driven finish.
Pétillant Naturel, spontaneous fermentation, no dosage, or any additive. Low to no added SO2.
