A rare blend of Furmint, Hárslevelű and Sárgamuskotaly. This wine hails from all of Lenkey's vineyards, rich in basalt, limestone, and other volcanic minerals like rhyolite and bentonite. Spontaneously fermented and aged for 12 months in used 500 L Hungarian oak. Flavors like hay, wax, lavender, and apricot skin on the nose. Muddle orange and yellow fruits on the palate, with a pronounced herbal acidity. Unfined and rough filtration only. Certified organic.
