Brut Rosé is racy and high-toned thanks to its high percentage of Chardonnay with just 5% Pinot Noir providing a pale melon color. The wine is firmly dry while showing the texture and richness that comes from nearly three years aging on its lees. Delicious red berry notes, wetstone minerality with toasty yeast notes that do not overshadow the fruit.
Natural malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks with a small percentage of Pinot Noir in oak barrels. Aged over 2 years on the lees in bottle (sur lattes). Dosage is kept below 3 grams per liter and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
