2017 From a cool vintage, the fruit comes from forty year old vines of Aleatico and is fermented as whole bunches for two weeks in cement, destemmed and spends a further two weeks on skins, followed by another two years in 500 litre casks. This really shows the freshness of the vintage, with beautiful scents of wild flowers and mint.
