Caladoc, Merlot
Le Clos de Jarres is a small domaine located at the foothills of the Montagne Noire in Minervois. The vineyards are worked organically and in the cellar the wines are made without filtration and minimal sulphur.
Insouciance is made predominantly for the local Caladoc variety with some Merlot as well. It's soft and juicy with redcurrant, raspberry and red cherry aromas with a silky texture and some black pepper and earth notes adding complexity on the finish.
