This Sancerre expresses clearly its aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits, and lingers long on the palate. On the palate, a fresh, strong, airy style which is seduced by the purity and intensity of the fruit. The dominant fresh mouth does not betray its terroir.
From thirty year-old vines grown in a clay-limestone soil predominantly in Sury-en-Vaux. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, spending a total of three months on the lee.
