Albariño - 2020
Citrus notes with tropical character, minerality, and an herbaceous finish. Crisp acidity reminiscent of green apple and line show on the palate, with just a hint of salinity to round out the finish.
Hand harvest, direct to press Albariño. Native fermentation takes place in stainless steel and then in February, after briefly resting on the fine lees, the wine is filtered. Before bottling the 2018 vintage is then blended with 15% of the prior year’s Albariño aged for one year in large foudre, then bottled. Dry farmed. Female wine maker!
