2019 Trebbiano and Passerina Intense amber/old gold wine. Notes of balsamic vinegar, yeast, citronella, almond, and chives. Almost reminiscent of barbecue or worcestershire sauce. High intensity. Full body. Nice structure, dry with delicate acid counterpart. Flavor profile contains an animalistic funk, sweet dehydrated apricots and a bitter tobacco at the end along with persistent fruit.
