40% of the blend is whole bunch pressed, co-fermented Pinot Noir and Riesling; 50% was destemmed + small part of whole bunches on skins for 10 days; 10% underwent carbonic maceration for 5 days. Aged 9 months in steel. No filtration, no fining, no additives.
