Intense scent of Traminer can be felt, some green pineapple, grapefruit and honey on the nose. Better than expected cuvée, perfect balance between these combined grapes. A bit of citrus and tropical vibes on the palate with the finish of honey and minerals. I believe the acidity and alcohol is in perfect balance.

Winemaking: Separate spontaneous fermentation in clayver, amphora and tank, various percentage of mash and full bunch during fermentation
Aging: 10 months in large amphora and tank
