Red berries and bright nose. A little rustic on the palate, yet round, with fine tannins and nice acidity.
A minority went through carbonic maceration. The remainder spent between five and twelve days on skins with roughly 10% stem inclusion. Fermentation and élevage were done in stainless steel. Spontaneous fermentation. Unfined/Unfiltered. Low to no added SO2.
