This is very aromatic juice, with notes of eucalyptus, flowers and mint. A mineral palate, with lovely tension and balance.
He is determined to take us on a voyage far beyond his native Sologne with this Menu Pineau. Grapes harvested at full maturity and natural vinification: direct press, fermentation in old barrels, 15 months of aging in barrels, bottles in spring 2021. The Courtois DNA is definitely present! A natural wine without compromise. Unfined. Low SO2 added.
